"MGLB have been undertaking builders and sparkle cleans for me in and around the London area for around 5 years. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anybody, they have a good attention to detail and always want to meet the site specific requirements"

"I took over a cafe in Chelmsford and it was filthy. I contacted Kerry at MGLB Contracts and she came down the following day to have a look around and came back to me within one hour with a price. She was extremely reasonable and I booked MGLB to come and give the place a top to bottom blitz. They arrived on time with all their own equipment and when I returned a few hours later I was blown away. The place sparkled. I was over the moon with me new cafe. Thank you very much for such a professional service. We’ll be booking you again for sure."

"I just wanted to let you know how pleased everyone was with the standard of the Builders clean you recently carried out for us. I have received nothing but good comments from the Nurses & members of the managing staff at the ‘Hand-Over’.

I would like to add that I personally was very impressed by your operatives professionalism & diligence, coupled with the fact that you were able to accommodate us after us having to keep altering the dates, was very, very helpful indeed.

Both my Contracts & Project managers were especially pleased, so I very much anticipate meeting you again on our next project. Thank you again."

"We needed a company that would do an initial deep clean of both auditoria and the front of house areas of the theatre at short notice.

They arrived promptly early in the morning and did not stop until the work was complete. Throughout their time on premises they worked as a team; were hard working, friendly and professional.

Due to their efforts Harlow Playhouse was able to open as scheduled to the public with the confidence that the theatre was covid safe for our patrons. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again in the future".

"Kerry and her team were great. I was worried that the mess the builders had left was too much but they just cracked on with it and got it ready for us to move in"

"Just wanted to pass on my gratitude to you & your staff for such a great job in scrubbing & polishing the vinyl floors in all the labs of The Royal Marsden Hospital.
I remember the terrible state the floors were in after years of neglect.

Your team done an exceptional job & everyone within the Hospital Trust commented & thought we had laid new flooring."
